JOB PURPOSE: As the IT Regional Manager for Ice Cream North America (US, Canada, B&J), you will play a leadership role overseeing the digital and technology agenda across the region. This position ensures that the regional technology ecosystem enables business growth, operational resilience, and innovation aligned with global IT and Ice Cream strategies. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing IT leadership, governance, and oversight to ensure that digital capabilities, systems, and processes across markets evolve in line with long-term business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency, capability development, and technological excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Manage the regional portfolio of initiatives, ensuring value delivery, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes. Manage new IT demands and Lead IT projects from concept to completion, including system rollouts, migrations, and process improvements. Ensuring effective execution of the IT operating model, Cyber security compliance and governance. Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and service levels VENDOR & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and contractors. Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and licensing requirements. Act as a key liaison between Global/Local technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide clear, executive-level communication and reporting to senior leadership, translating technical insights into strategic business value. DIGITAL COMMERCE: Act as the technology business partner for pilot and incubator programs, collaborating closely with Cross functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Work closely with Global/Local Digital Commerce (Dcomm) teams and ensure tech stack is in alignment with the Global strategy and roadmap Act as an IT business partner to proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and technology partners that can support business growth and innovation Serve as the technical liaison with vendors and partners to review system features, capabilities, and integration feasibility Serve as a capability and skill gap bridge by performing data analysis, generating insights, and supporting data driven decision-making for pilot and incubation programs. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DATA & ANALYTICS: Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging AI capabilities, tools, and use cases relevant to the region. Conduct continuous industry benchmarking and provide forward-looking recommendations to advance regional AI maturity and competitiveness Oversee and prioritize all Data & Analytics (D&A) requirements for the region, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Partner closely with Global D&A and AI teams to translate local business needs into scalable global solutions Ensure effective delivery of actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. Establish clear success metrics, monitor performance, and support stakeholders in converting insights into tangible TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a high-performance team culture. Assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and establish development plans. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other departments. Demonstrate ability to lead multi-country teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrate resilience, continuous learning, and adaptability to change REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field 10 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar technical roles 2–3 years of experience leading IT teams or managing technical projects 10 years of experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms Expertise in digital platforms, data ecosystems, and customer engagement technologies (Marketing & Sales) Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred. Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. Magnum takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
