Background & Purpose of the Job
The Associate Supply Chain Manager for F&R Imports and Exports will be responsible for service delivery associated with the import and export process across the F&R Category. The role will be in the Englewood Cliffs and report to the North America Supply Chain Manager -Import/Export. Key objective of this role is to aggregate the demand signal from all export countries and work collaboratively with the F&R Planning Team in ensuring adequate and timely supply to export countries. In addition, this individual will manage all import requirements for the F&R Category, ensuring no service risks to the NA Supply Chain. Other key deliverables will include optimal inventory delivery, facilitation of intercompany contracts and the end to end supply chain associated with imports/exports. The role will ensure compliance by associated countries to Intercompany Service Level Agreements and develop into a subject matter expert in the methods, tools and techniques of process improvement and remediation across F&R Supply Chain. This person will work closely interact with Brand, Supply/Demand and Innovation Planning, Transportation, Factories, Procurement and Unilever International Teams.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Facilitate achievement of the category KPIs in Customer Service, Inventory Levels, Waste, Cost Minimization
- Deliver 100% OTIF of Import/Export Innovations and growth plan collaboratively with SC Innovation Planning Team.
- Ensure compliance by associated countries to SC procedures and policies (Service Level Agreements, Working Capital, sourcing capabilities etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement & consistency of standardized processes for Global F&R Import/Export Planning Process
- Facilitate the day to day operations with SC cross functional teams that ensure end to end service of F&R portfolio including remediation of key issues.
- All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- 3 or more years combined experience in Supply Chain; SC Planning preferred.
- Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment and influencing others
- Proficiency using Excel, Access, PowerPoint and MS Project
The deal candidate will have:
- Worked in SAP - APO & ECC and is APICS certified
- Have strong communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.
- Managed multiple projects and work through ambiguity.
