Seasonal Associates are aligned to one primary area of support, based on business needs and individual strengths.
What You Might Support:
Depending on assignment, Seasonal Associates may:
- Assist teams with scheduling, coordination, and daily operational tasks
- Provide customer or agent support through phone, email, or internal systems
- Help track, document, and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner
- Support data entry, reporting, or basic analysis tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, administrative support, operations, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfort learning new systems and processes
Preferred
- Previous seasonal or customer-facing experience
- Interest in business operations, logistics, or customer experience
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools
