Role Description

• Litigation Expertise: Proficient in handling cases from pre-litigation to post-litigation stages, including personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes, business contracts, and other general legal matters.
• File Management: Strong ability to independently manage a caseload from file opening to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• Document Drafting: Skilled in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents for attorney review.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to anticipate case needs and provide proactive solutions to attorneys and clients.
• Tech Proficiency: Quick to learn new case management software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Organization and Time Management: Excellent multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients, court personnel, and colleagues.
