We’re partnering with a well-established food production and processing company that’s expanding operations and hiring a Production Team Lead for multiple shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to step up and lead from the floor.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team of production operators in a fast-paced environment
• Assign tasks, monitor output, and keep production running efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards
• Troubleshoot daily operational issues and escalate as needed
• Train and mentor team members, driving performance and accountability
• Partner with leadership to meet daily production targets
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in food manufacturing, cold storage, or production environments
• Background as a Lead, Line Lead, or Senior Operator
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to stay active on the floor
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Proven ability to take ownership and perform under pressure
