What Were Looking For
- Active Personal Training Certification and CPR/BLS (required)
- Ability to adapt and create individualized and group fitness programs on the fly
- Experience leading group fitness classes, especially spin and body pump formats like Les Mills, is a plus
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time with early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM and some later shifts ending at 8:30 PM
- Dress Code: Casual work attire
- Safety Gear: May include steel-toed shoes, hard hats, and eye/ear protection in designated areas
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 3050 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, grasping, stooping, and forward bending
- Occasional computer work
