Position: Industrial Medical Provider

Shift Schedule:
- Monday: 5:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Tuesday to Thursday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM

Qualifications
Required:
- Active license or certification in the applicable state
- CPR and First Aid certification
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial healthcare
- Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
- Reaching from floor level to overhead
- Occasional stooping and bending
- Periodic computer work
- Lifting 3050 lbs as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens
- Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
- Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
- Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs
- Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
