FireNote, located in Eagle, Idaho, is a trailblazing healthcare EMR designed to streamline healthcare operations, improve clinicians and in turn improve patient care. We are looking for a Client Support Representative to expand our amazing Support Team.
As the first point of contact for healthcare providers and administrative staff seeking assistance with our EMR system, the ideal candidate is a team player, solution driven, attentive to detail, and friendly.
This role will:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
-Troubleshoot EMR software issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
-Assist with user training, onboarding, and system navigation.
-Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate departments.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
-Stay updated on EMR software updates and industry best practices.
-Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer support processes.
Qualifications & Skills
-High school graduate
-Previous experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or IT.
-Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
-Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in Google Suite.
