WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS AS OUR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR:
As a Project Administrator, you play a crucial role in keeping projects on track by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met. Your responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and records for health plan administration and customer projects, as well as managing calendars, meetings, and communications among teams and partners. Key tasks involve data entry, quality checks for accuracy, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Additionally, you identify opportunities to streamline processes and serve as a reliable point of contact for team members needing administrative support.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
We're looking for someone who can work 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday while meeting the following qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a TPA, healthcare, or benefits administration setting
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and project support
- Demonstrates an organized and methodical approach to work, strong follow-through, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
