How You'll Make An Impact
- Manage and submit reinsurance claims to carriers for specific excess-loss cases while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and distribute customer correspondence related to refunds and reimbursement activity
- Maintain accurate customer records, update customer Data Sheets, gather supporting claim documentation, and track reimbursements using Excel
- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage work independently
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Experience with self-funded insurance is preferred
