In this role, you'll process eligibility and claims for flexible spending accounts, assist team members, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax. You'll ensure IRS compliance, collaborate with internal departments, and support HR during plan implementation and renewals, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and team success.

This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime available.
