Position Overview
We are currently looking for Procurement Analyst for UDHG!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor in-bound suppliers’ deliveries
- Review current inventory to determine stock shortages and replenishment requirements
- Create supplier purchase orders
- Monitor jamb, trim and Prehung hardware stock levels.
- Maintain PO status in Order Status Report, eventually in SAP
- Assist production with questions and concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations or business management or minimum 2 years’ work experience in Supply Chain
- Intermediate pc skills – Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Working knowledge or experience with ERP systems in preferred, preferably SAP
