The Brief
Title: GTM/ Account Executive (Mid-Market / Enterprise SaaS)
Location: New York (Remote first with the view of office based by the end of summer)
Salary & Package: $150,000 Double OTE equity full benefits
Job Summary
We’re partnering with a category-defining AI company to hire a high-performing Account Executive to join their rapidly growing sales team.
This is a pivotal role focused on capitalising on strong inbound demand and product-led growth. You’ll be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, converting high-intent prospects, and expanding existing customer relationships into enterprise-level partnerships.
You’ll work closely with founders and product teams, feeding back market insights to help shape the future of the platform and cement their positioning in the NY market. This is an opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where learning velocity, ownership, and execution are prioritised.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting product-led growth opportunities into enterprise deals
- Managing full-cycle sales from discovery through to close
- Engaging multiple stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Building deep expertise in AI applications within recruitment workflows
- Providing market feedback to influence product direction
- Developing a strong network across high-growth and enterprise tech companies
Experienced Required
- 3 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record closing complex deals (mid-market or enterprise)
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Highly driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets
- Strong communication style—clear, direct, and customer-focused
