As our Founding GTM Lead, you are the "Point of the Spear" for The Great Displacement. You aren't here to manage a "growth funnel"; you are here to architect the Go-To-Market strategy for a new economic reality.
You will disrupt the status quo by positioning CAiDENN as a best-in-class command center that spans billing, modeling, and real-time analysis. This is a founding-tier role that requires a mix of strategic narrative engineering and high-stakes institutional closing to move enterprises away from legacy giants (Workday, Oracle, SAP) toward an AI-native future.
Key Mission Tracks:
- Evangelize the Post-Seat Economy: Educate the market on why "per-seat" models structurally incentivize administrative bloat and why Autonomous Outcomes are the only metrics that matter in an agentic world.
- Architect the Institutional GTM: Leverage our multi-year SS&C partnership commitment to scale. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying Finance technical debt to managing the complex "slog" of Fortune 2000 procurement.
- Strategic Positioning: Sell the AI finance engine as the central nervous system for revenue. You will translate complex technical architecture into the language of cash velocity.
- The Talent Firewall: As a founding pillar, you will assist the Founder in hardening our GTM recruiting and operational processes.
- The Startup Architect: You have a proven track record of building GTM motions from scratch. You aren't looking for a "big machine" or the comfort of corporate support structures; you thrive on radical autonomy and partnering directly with the founder to engineer the market engine.
