Role: Customer Success Manager
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 base 20% bonus (Uncapped) Equity
Office: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in)

The Opportunity
This is a newly created Customer Success function, built as an extension of a high-performing Account Management team. The role focuses on ensuring clients fully understand the platform and maximise usage, using data to drive innovative communication and deliver bespoke strategies across the customer lifecycle.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a commercially minded individual to build a high-performing CS strategy from scratch inside one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world.
What You'll Work On
- Becoming a platform expert with deep knowledge of the product suite
- Partnering with Account Managers on client projects to drive usage and growth
- Acting as the voice of the client on internal projects, ensuring their needs are consistently met
- Developing bespoke KPIs and data-driven performance strategies for accounts
- Expanding networks within existing accounts to deepen relationships
- Attending relevant industry conferences and events
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions
About You
- 2 years of account management or Customer Success experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development
- Strong knowledge of financial markets with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across buy-side, sell-side and advisory communities
- Proven track record managing and growing an enterprise book of business ($1m )
- Existing network within the Leveraged Finance community is a strong advantage
- Commercially minded with the ability to build strategy independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
