Role: Account Executive
Salary: $125,000–$150,000 base | $250,000–$300,000 OTE | Uncapped commission Equity
Office: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in)

The Opportunity
A rare chance to join an early-stage AI startup at a defining moment in their US growth - as one of the founding AEs in New York, you'll have direct impact on product, roadmap and go-to-market strategy, working hand-in-hand with the founding team.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role for an ambitious AE who wants ownership, not just a quota.
What You'll Work On
- Proactively sourcing and qualifying your own pipeline
- Leading discovery calls and navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from lead to close
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Driving growth through land-and-expand strategies across outreach, onboarding and account expansion
- Acting as a product evangelist, positioning the platform as the leading solution for CRM data integrity and RevOps
- Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product and Marketing to inform pipeline strategy and roadmap decisions
About You
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline through outbound activity
- Experience selling into medium and large B2B organisations
- Multi-threaded selling experience is required
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Sandler or Challenger a plus)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Early-stage startup AE experience
- Previous experience selling to RevOps, Sales or Data leaders
- A genuine passion for data integrity and RevOps innovation
