Facilities Maintenance Tech III
Location: Davie, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 3–6 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Required Qualifications
- Electrical degree with 2 years of experience working on electrical systems (24V–480V).
- Experience maintaining utilities systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, water systems, and AHUs.
- PLC programming/troubleshooting and automation experience (1–3 years preferred).
- Experience with CMMS systems for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and troubleshoot SCADA systems.
- Experience with equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Strong understanding of facility controls, utilities, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- GMP/cGMP experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, vitamins, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- PLC certification.
- Experience with SOPs, change controls, compliance documentation, and project support.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Operational Excellence, and project management experience are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Support automated equipment, PLCs, SCADA systems, and facility controls.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment.
- Troubleshoot production equipment, utilities, and process-related issues.
- Support facility upgrades, equipment modifications, and infrastructure projects.
- Update technical documentation, SOPs, and change controls.
- Implement safe work practices, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and maintenance strategies.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs. with assistance), and use of PPE.
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, fumes, vibrations, and industrial environments.
