Project Administrator – Technology Transfer & Change Control
We're hiring a Project Administrator to support Technology Transfer and CAPEX projects in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for managing Change Controls from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Change Controls throughout the full lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track timelines, drive action items, and escalate risks when needed.
- Support project planning, meetings, documentation, and status reporting.
- Maintain compliant, audit-ready documentation and support inspection readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GMP-regulated industries.
- Experience with Change Control processes and eQMS platforms (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, project coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation.
