Research Associate – Automation/Flow Cytometry (Cell Therapy)
Seeking a motivated Research Associate to support automation and flow cytometry functions for next-generation cell therapy programs. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing automation assays, troubleshooting liquid handlers and flow cytometry instruments, performing QC/maintenance, conducting aseptic mammalian cell culture (adherent & suspension), managing lab inventory/software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- B.S. with 6 months–1 year experience or M.S. in biology, molecular biology, immunology, or cell biology
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
- Basic knowledge of flow cytometry and automated liquid handling systems (Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Benchling and MS Office preferred
