POSITION OVERVIEW
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10
- years of SAP implementation experience.
- 5
- years of SAP Solution Architecture experience.
- Proven experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Experience with S/4HANA architecture, simplification items, and migration tools.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and SAP ecosystem solutions.
- Experience designing scalable and secure SAP landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Automotive industry experience highly desired.
- Experience with SAP Business Partner Conversion (CVI).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and UX transformation.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and API Management.
- Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).
- Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions and RISE with SAP.
- SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.
- Proven leadership of complex SAP transformation initiatives.
- Strong solution architecture and business process expertise.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
