As a senior member of our project management team, you will be instrumental in shaping project governance policies, administering our project portfolio, and gathering requirements for multiple projects

Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices. Required
Experience Managing Multiple IT-related Projects Simultaneously. Required
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to report to executives and collaborate across teams Required
Proven ability to develop governance policies and administer project portfolios. Required
Ability to gather and analyze requirements for complex projects. Required

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive project governance policies.
- Manage and administer the agency’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead requirements gathering and business relationship management for several projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define needs, and maintain communication with the stakeholders for the life of the project.
- Serve as a senior resource to agency project managers, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project and portfolio progress, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver timely reports to the CIO and executive leadership.
- Independently run multiple IT projects for the agency, from initiation through completion.
