We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.
Must-Have Skills

Minimum 12 years in IT with strong Portfolio/program management experience
- Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data governance
- Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value
- Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem management)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
