Job Details
Role/Title: Sr. AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote, CA
Duration: Long term Contract (24 months)
Visa: US on our W2
Mandatory Qualification:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Four (4) years of FTE experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications in C# and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Two (2) years of FTE experience working with AI and ML models, including fine-tuning and integrating models using AWS Bedrock and Azure AI services.
- Three (3) years of FTE experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating external services into enterprise applications.
- Three (3) years of FTE experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI model including GitHub Actions and Terraform.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI frameworks (such as LangChain, MLflow, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow for AI agents)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience developing AI-powered chatbots, decision support systems, or automation agents.
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud-based AI services.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize AI models for performance and cost-efficiency in AWS and Azure environments.
- Prior experience in healthcare or government-related AI applications.
