Role Description

Construction Project Manager — Semiconductor Fab — Texas — $110K–$145K

We are recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facility construction projects across Texas. These are permanent, full-time positions supporting major fab construction programmes including projects in the Taylor, Austin and Houston areas.

The Role:

• Full lifecycle management of fab construction projects $50M–$500M
• Managing multi-trade subcontractor teams on complex critical facility builds
• Coordinating with owners, EPC contractors and design teams
• Programme, cost and quality management
• Cleanroom and critical environment construction experience essential

You Will Have:

• 7 years construction project management experience
• Semiconductor, data centre or critical facility construction experience strongly preferred
• Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification
• PMP certification preferred

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 base bonus full benefits Location: Texas — Taylor / Austin / Houston Start: ASAP
