Job Title: Product Manager - EH&S Data Analytics

Location: Collegeville, PA, (Remote with occasional travel)

Travel: occasional travel required, expenses are covered (if not local)

Rate: $55 on W2 and $60 - $65 on C2C

Pharma Domain Mandatory

Required Skillset:

• Strong coding skills required for Custom EHS development reports and dashboard: - EHS REPORTING AND SWIMS - SharePoint,.NET - GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EHS METRICS - SharePoint - ENVIRONMENTAL DATABASE AND REPORTING SYSTEM - VB - EXIT STREAM - .NET, SQL server - ODC - Java, Pearl script, C - Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, Angular
• Deep understanding of data visualization tools and experience designing and building complex dashboards, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire
• Strong reporting and analytical skills to be able to synthesize and validate various inputs, and ability to communicate "the story" to commercial leadership.
• Strong understanding of all applicable local, state and federal regulations and ability to research, interpret and implement unfamiliar regulations.
• Lead projects and assist the stakeholders and business owners to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• EHS professional certifications and/or training (i.e.: ASP/CSP, Ergonomics, Hazardous Waste (CHMM), Fall Protection, Fork Truck Trainer, Emergency Coordinator/Commander, Fire/Loss Prevention, etc.) is a plus.
