What You’ll Do

• Elevate the Field: Coach and inspire Distributors through live events, trainings, and one-on-ones.

• Drive Strategy: Serve as the vital link between the field and corporate (IT, Marketing, Operations), surfacing bottlenecks and driving solutions.

• Own the Trajectory: Execute campaigns and product launches to drive regional revenue and profitability.

• Be the Fixer: Show up with confidence to solve problems, from struggling systems to event rescues.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: $60,000- $90,000 annually.

• Performance Bonus: Uncapped and tied to regional profitability; strong years reach well into five figures.

• Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision; 401(k) plan.

• Product Credit: Monthly credit so you can use the products you love.

Requirements & "Nice to Haves"

• Ability to travel 25% and work evenings/weekends for events.

• Preferred: Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or field sales leadership.

• Preferred: Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a major plus.
