Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities:

Performs outbound calling to support customer engagement, follow-ups, and proactive communication.

Works closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Service to communicate the reality of the customer experience at Unicity.

Learns the processes and daily actions of customer service reps and Unicity Distributors, and asks How could this be done better?

Detailed in information gathering and note taking from interactions with the field.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Participates in local training and development events.

Serves customers by answering their questions and resolving their problems.

Serves the business by helping track down the root cause of customer problems and engaging with higher management of various departments for a solution.

Conducts specialized investigations into various problem areas or opportunities by connecting directly with the relevant demographic.

Sales and marketing to current customers

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
- Engaging Sales and Marketing role offering a collaborative environment outside of a traditional call center setting. This position requires comfort with extended periods of phone work, focusing on inbound or pre-qualified leads with absolutely no cold calling.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable and proficient in professional customer engagement and interaction.
Interview Process:
- Qualified applicants will undergo a preliminary phone screening.
- Successful candidates will proceed to an in-person interview with the Customer Service Manager.
- The final stage involves an interview with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
