Senior Manager, Growth Influencer Marketing
Job Description
Uni is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Influencer Marketing to own and scale the brand's full influencer and affiliate ecosystem — from emerging creators to large-scale talent. This is a high-impact growth role for a culturally connected, performance-minded marketer who knows how to connect authentic creator relationships with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Creator Ecosystem
- Own influencer strategy end-to-end across the full creator spectrum — nano to celebrity — on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Identify emerging talent and culturally relevant voices early, keeping Uni at the forefront of the conversation
- Build a tiered creator program with clear frameworks for discovery, briefing, contracting, and performance evaluation
- Develop long-term relationships that build authentic brand love and loyalty
Affiliate Marketing & ShopMy
- Build and scale a high-performing affiliate program with a focus on conversion and revenue — owning ShopMy, Social Commerce affiliates, including TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms
- Recruit and activate a strong affiliate portfolio across beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle; manage commissions, tracking, and partner communications
- Define, optimize and grow affiliate KPIs including ROAS, GMV, and conversion rate
Gifting Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a scalable gifting program — seeding, PR mailers, and bespoke gifting to generate authentic UGC and organic reach driving EMV
- Build & lead strategic gifting program for both newness and core to drive awareness, content and conversion
- Convert gifted creators into paid partners, affiliates, and long-term brand advocates
Cross-Functional & Performance
- Connect the dots across influencer, paid social, digital, eCommerce, content, and retailer marketing to drive the full business
- Identify high-performing influencer content to maximize across the marketing engine, including organic social, paid media, owned channels, email/CRM, and retail assets (Ulta Beauty, Mecca, Space NK)
- Build a clear measurement framework with KPIs and targets, tracking and reporting consistently cross-functionally and to leadership
- Leverage influencer management platforms and AI-powered tools to streamline execution and stay ahead of the curve
- Qualifications
- 6-8 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator/growth marketing — beauty, fashion, wellness, or premium consumer goods preferred
- Proven track record building influencer and affiliate programs that drive both brand equity and revenue
- Deep experience with affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Impact) and influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Traackr, or similar)
- Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with a genuine pulse on emerging talent and platform trends
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing paid creator contracts, usage rights, and FTC compliance
- Entrepreneurial, cross-functional, and culturally plugged in — with a genuine passion for clean beauty and brand building
