JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMINISTRATOR
CRITICAL JOB ELEMENTS:
The Administrator is responsible for the financial solvency, planning, and overall administration of the organization. The Administrator is accountable for all activities and departmental operations.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Have At least one-year experience or training in caring for individuals with functional disabilities.
Exhibits leadership skills
GED or High School Diploma
Complete a minimum of six clock hours per year of continuing education in subjects related to the duties of the administrator.
Be able to read write and comprehend English
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensures that the numbers and qualifications of personnel available to provide services are sufficient to meet the needs of the clients.
Ensures that policies and procedures meet state regulations and standards.
Implements policy and procedures.
Ensures staff are properly trained
Develops strategic and short-term plans for organizational development.
Educates community to the agency programs by interacting with numerous individuals and groups.
Update client plan of care records
Collect times sheets from staff if needed
Update incident reports in the Unforgettable Caregivers book.
Will participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement as required.
Ensures all client documentation is filed in a proper and timely manner
Conducts ongoing quality assurance inspection with all client records in department
Identifies and informs Supervisor of discrepant client records for compliance and completeness
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
