Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and municipalities
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with lease administration and property management tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Prior office administration or bookkeeping experience (real estate experience a plus)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

- Schedule: Seeking Full-Time Candidate, M-F, 9am-5pm.
Compensation:
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
