Tech Recruitment Consultant – Texas (Austin)

We’re partnering with a high-growth tech recruitment agency in Texas that’s scaling fast and looking for a 360 Consultant to join the team.
This isn’t a “fill jobs” role - you’ll have full ownership of your market, the autonomy to grow your desk, and the backing of a business that genuinely rewards performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and owning your own tech recruitment desk (360)
- Winning new business across high-growth tech clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement
- Partnering with founders, hiring managers, and scaling tech teams
- Working roles across areas like Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, or Product

What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years recruitment experience (tech preferred but not essential)
- Proven billings or strong potential
