Position Purpose:
As the Transportation Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of supervisors, & transportation staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, strategic project planning, and executing initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and documentation processes. Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to cover weekends, lead meetings outside regular hours as needed, and respond to emergencies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards, maintaining safety records for all drivers.

- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-stop dispatch operations and supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of transportation equipment and vehicle operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
