Essential Functions:
- Repair building equipment to include plumbing, structures, carpentry, dry and wet fire systems, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment to include inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and repairs, etc.
- Perform building modifications to include plumbing, welding, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and all other work performed.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor.
- Communicate with Supervisor daily on changes and problems with building equipment.
- Clean work area/ warehouse and equipment.
- Perform other relevant job duties as required.
Education:
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent related experience.
- Two years general maintenance experience.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical trades, and/or related to building maintenance
- Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience is required.
- Required to have own tools.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
