Job Description
Join our team in this unique role where you will be a key player in improving daily plant operations. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations with a focus on managing projects with efficiency and quality, ensuring the smooth coordination of routine activities.
Reports to: Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management (Scheduling, Purchasing, and Inventory Control & Planning)
- Identify, organize, and lead teams to resolve production and product issues
- Train and supervise team members as needed
- Support process improvement to increase quality and efficiency
- Identify and implement cost savings initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
What you need:
- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong project management skills
- ERP/MRP software experience (scheduling, purchasing and inventory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish speaking is a plus. Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to supervise and support team members

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of:

Travel Requirements:
- Some travel is expected in this position when necessary (visits to material suppliers, industry trade show, customer or for offsite training)
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, climbing and stooping
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
