Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand vision
- Mentor and develop a high-performing media buying and execution team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The execution team is based in Krakow, and the Director must be comfortable working with a global team
- Manage the media budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels while maximizing return on investment
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable terms.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, broadcast, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies
- Work closely with strategy/planning, client services, and project management to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to inform media strategies and tactics
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on media performance, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in media buying.
- Experience with traditional media channels (e.g., TV, radio, outdoor) is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
