We’re looking for an energetic, organized Phone Receptionist / Customer Support who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is more than answering phones—you’ll help keep sales moving, capture leads, and elevate customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and create an exceptional first impression
- Direct customers to the right sales or technical team
- Capture lead information and log it accurately into our CRM
- Follow up on basic customer inquiries and assist with order updates
- Support sales operations with administrative tasks
- Ensure no customer gets missed and every opportunity is routed or taken care of properly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, professional phone presence
- Customer service or office experience (reception, inside sales support a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy with CRM or office software experience
