Position Overview:
As a Device Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, engaging with customers, diagnosing repair needs, and performing hands-on repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer concerns. Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Diagnostic Skills: Assess and diagnose repair needs for various electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, iPads, computers, and game consoles.
- Precision Repair: Perform repairs with precision and efficiency, adhering to high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clear Communication: Clearly explain the repair process and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the steps and options available.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of parts and equipment and manage relationships with vendors.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 1 years of experience in cell phone tech/customer service and/or sales, ideally in a retail setting.
- Familiarity with a wide range of device repairs, especially smartphones.
- Experience with soldering techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge to daily tasks.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with the general public.
