Role Description
This part-time on-site role in Watertown, MA, involves working as a Front Counter Associate. The individual will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling customer inquiries, taking and processing orders, operating point-of-sale systems, managing phone communications, and helping maintain front counter cleanliness and organization. The associate will deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the smooth operations and positive atmosphere of Uncommon Grounds.
Qualifications
Self-directed (after training petiod) with
- Strong Customer Service, excellent work ethic and Communication skills to effectively assist and engage with customers
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy including the ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- A positive attitude, effort- based attitude, completion of all tasks in a thorough and expeditious manner and the ability to collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Flexibility to work 3 day shifts (730-230 pm) on weekdays & weekends, as needed
