Core Responsibilities

• Preparation: Wash, peel, cut, and slice fresh ingredients for our menu items.
• Equipment Operation: Safely use kitchen equipment like mixers and slicers to prepare products.
• Stocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock storage areas to keep the line moving.
• Sanitation: Clean and sanitize surfaces, manage waste disposal, and keep the workspace tidy.
• Quality Control: Ensure every ingredient meets our freshness standards before it reaches the guest.

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and handle kitchen tasks.
