As a Barista and Sandwich Maker, you are the engine of the cafe. You will learn how to pull the perfect espresso shot and how to build our signature sandwiches efficiently. Core Responsibilities
- Barista Duties: Prepare espresso drinks, coffees, and teas to specific recipe standards.
- Food Prep: Slice meats/cheeses and assemble bagel sandwiches quickly and accurately.
- Service: Take orders, answer questions about our roasts, and keep the line moving.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace, including the coffee bar, kitchen, and dining area.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with the rest of the crew during the morning rush.
