Barista - Food Service Crew

Brew fresh-roasted coffee, build house-made bagel sandwiches, and deliver excellent service as a Barista and Sandwich Maker at Uncommon Grounds in Delmar. Earn a $16.50 hourly base pay plus tips (bringing your total earning potential up to $19.00/hr) in a fast-paced, team-oriented café environment.

Requirements to Apply

Your Shift Tasks

• Prepare and serve fresh-roasted coffee, espresso beverages, and teas to brand standards.
• Build high-quality, house-made bagel sandwiches quickly and accurately during morning and lunch rushes.
• Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and provide a "guests first" service experience.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and restocking ingredients.
• Communicate clearly with your team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
