What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wait Staff/Server position at Uncommon Grill?
At Uncommon we take pride in our innovated twists on the classics. We’re looking for some inspired individuals who have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy a fast paced environment, that are invested in delivering fun and exceptional service. Being a fast pace, high volume restaurant, we are looking for efficient and and accurate candidates.
We’re seeking individuals:
- 18
- 3yrs min server/wait experience
- enthusiasm in providing an excellent and efficient guest drinking and dinning experience
- Positive attitude geared toward a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to lift 30lb min.
Daily Tasks include (not limited to)
-Cleaning & maintaining a sanitary work station
-Accurate money management
-Following recipe standards for all specialty cocktails and house mixes
-Stocking/Rotation of soda, milk, coffee inventory
COMPENSATION: hourly rate set by CT state law Credit Card/Cash/
TIPS, SERVE SAFE -recommended/ not required
