UnCommon Fashion is a national wholesale sales agency founded in 2008 with permanent showrooms and multi-territory coverage. We represent and grow brands across accounts ranging from specialty boutiques to major department stores.
We’re hiring a Zoho CRM power user to keep our CRM clean, process high-volume order flow, and deliver weekly reporting that drives better sales decisions. This role supports a fast-moving business with 74 trade events per year, near year-round outside sales order submissions, and 14 brands that require clean data handoff and consistent reporting. You’ll also help track marketing performance to confirm what’s working and what’s a waste of time.
What you’ll own
- Zoho CRM system health: imports, hygiene, deduping, workflows, and clean structure
- High-volume order processing: accurate intake from trade events road reps under deadlines
- Vendor reporting reconciliation: open orders, declines, shipping/commission reporting, discrepancy resolution
- Weekly dashboards stats: sales performance, rep activity, account trends, brand performance, event ROI
- File governance: organized documentation and audit-ready structure
- Marketing performance tracking: list uploads measurement to improve ROI
Must-haves
- Strong Zoho CRM experience (Zoho Analytics a major plus)
- Strong Excel/Sheets (imports, cleanup, validation)
- Systems-minded, detail-driven, proactive communicator
- Comfortable in high volume fast pace (wholesale/apparel a plus)
