Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership
- Supervise and support all employees during assigned shifts.
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Coach, mentor, and train new and existing employees.
- Address employee concerns and performance issues promptly.
- Enforce company policies, Coast Guard regulations, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Daily Operations
- Open and close facilities according to company procedures.
- Ensure all vessels, docks, ticket booths, concessions, parking areas, and public spaces are operating efficiently.
- Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as operational needs change.
- Coordinate with captains, deckhands, ticket booth staff, parking attendants, concession staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Handle unexpected operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain smooth passenger flow during boarding and disembarking.
Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Assist guests with questions and special requests.
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong culture of safety.
- Ensure compliance with all Coast Guard regulations and company safety policies.
- Assist during emergencies and coordinate response efforts.
- Complete incident reports when necessary.
- Verify that employees are following proper safety procedures.
Financial Responsibilities
- Assist with cash handling procedures.

Scheduling & Staffing
