Job Overview
Must be 18 due to alcohol sales.
We are a fast paced diner in need of fun and friendly faces to ensure our guests have the ultimate experience every time they visit. No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right personality!
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed to meet safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments efficiently.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively.
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
