This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and enjoys creating positive dining and bar experiences.
As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages, take food orders, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service consistent with the Uncle Larry’s brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system
- Upsell food, beverages, and daily specials when appropriate
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking bar supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Experience operating POS systems and cash registers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Working knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Restaurant, bar, or banquet experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $8.00 per hour
