What You’ll Be Doing
- Take and fulfill deli orders accurately and with a smile.
- Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and other deli items to Uncle G’s high standards.
- Make delicious deli salads, sandwiches, and other prepared foods.
- Keep your counter, equipment, and work area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Help with inventory counts, labeling, and packaging as needed.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, answering questions and guiding customers.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Support your teammates and help the deli run smoothly every day.
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a deli or food service, including slicing meats/cheeses and making salads.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and passionate about providing excellent service.
