Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate OSHA 10 & 30 Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement effective curriculum tailored to adult education needs.
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions in subjects such as HVAC/R, automotive diagnostics, plumbing, welding, and electrical systems.
- Utilize tools like Blackboard for course management and student engagement.
- Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices to ensure relevant instruction.
- Promote safety practices in the classroom and lab settings in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings and share best practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey.
Experience
- Proven experience in teaching or training adults in technical fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing, construction, aircraft maintenance, HVAC/R systems, automotive repair, plumbing, welding, or maintenance.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is a plus.
- Previous classroom experience using educational technology platforms such as Blackboard is advantageous.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
