This position provides professional human resources services to the Service Center of Excellence (SCE) for the Division of Finance and Operations (F&O), Institutional Integrity and Risk Management (IIRM), and designated other units of the University. These divisions include approximately 2,000 employees with an overall budget of more than $500 million. This position performs core HR functions for employees in designated departments, including recruitment and onboarding, classification and compensation, employee and management relations, and payroll/leave/benefits administration.
