A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $7,500 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF HIRE: $3,750 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $3,750 12-MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE.
The Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), and Programming Superintendent serves as a member of the Cogen Systems Management Team and is the subject matter expert for instrumentation, controls, automation, SCADA programming, and system operations across central campus. This leadership role oversees daily operations, monitoring, alarming, and optimization of the steam distribution metering system, the Steam and Cogeneration Plants Emerson Ovation Distributed Control System
Key responsibilities include supervision, performance management, operations oversight, controls programming and change management, instrumentation calibration and maintenance, water-side/air-side optimization in coordination with plant production and distribution teams, budget planning, regulatory compliance, contractor oversight, and customer service. The Superintendent position ensures safe, reliable, and efficient system performance while advancing automation and data integrity to support campus comfort cooling, process cooling, and dehumidification needs.
